Hi, thanks for stopping by,

I feel really lucky that I have had the opportunity to build products at some amazing companies with fantastic people over the past decade. One of my goals for the next decade is to share knowledge and teach. Last year I developed and tested an interactive workshop with these objectives:

  1. Best practices for roles, responsibilities and teams
  2. Product mindset and techniques for product discovery
  3. Building winning products faster

This workshop is aimed at earlier stage SaaS startups or organizations that are looking to mature their product management practices and outcomes.

I will introduce you to product management and development concepts, and provide tools, frameworks and best practices which you can adapt for your business. This is experiential learning with many excercises that we will do together along the way.

The workshop runs for 6-8 hours and is divided into 3 sections

  1. Product Teams, Culture & Vision
  2. Product Discovery and Delivery
  3. Product Metrics, Goals, and Roadmaps

The primary topics which I will cover are:

  1. Understand and think about roles and teams
  2. Craft a vision statement and high level strategy. Create product principles to help align your business/team
  3. Map out or create a product discovery workflow + continous listening
  4. Map out or create a product delivery workflow
  5. Product metrics – Identify a north star metric
  6. Goal setting and Roadmap

Contact me for availability and pricing if a product management workshop is something you are interested in for your team or business.

If you are instead looking for a shorter intro to Product Management and training focused session I also offer a 90 min session called – A Guide to Product Roadmapping – Which gives a brief intro to product management and looks at 3 steps of roadmaping with examples and excercises. This is a generalized session and anybody in a technology product company would probably find it interesting and informative.

Contact me via the contact form or dm me on LinkedIn if either of these workshops or perhaps a tailor made workshop is something you are interested in for your team or business.
